A major refurbishment and remodelling of a 1960's tower block in the city of London.

A Variety of Profab Access products are used for wet and dry risers and ceiling access throughout the building.
Profab designed  and manufactured multi-door continuous access riser door units and customised double door units with provision for a removable handrail so that they could be located within the stair wells of the building.

Customised double door units with provision for a removable handrail so that they could be located within the stair wells of the building and accommodate a high volume of foot traffic. To achieve this, Profab upgraded the robustness of the riser doors to allow solid fixing of the handrails, & give increased impact resistance to the door face.

Custom made fire extinguisher enclosures were designed and manufactured by Profab from a brief from the subcontractor. Precision manufactured, these units needed to be functional, robust & meet the aesthetic demands of the building.
