Designed for use in fire rated walls, the new Profab 8000 2FR access panel is a two hour fire rated access panel for use in bathrooms, shower rooms etc., where fire rating of up to 2 hours is required. The new product has been tested by Warrington Fire Research Centre to British Standard BS476: Part 22 1987 (Certificate Number: 148680) and performed successfully for in excess of 120 minutes on test. The panel is designed to take glazed ceramic or marble tiles: It features a fully hinged door and can be fitted with standard budget, or a variety of key operated security locks. Profab can tailor the panel to fit exactly into the tiling module, to give a high quality, discreet appearance.
