Access 360 exhibit at UK Construction Week 2022

Bilco UK, Profab Access and Howe Green, which together form Access 360, exhibited a comprehensive range of certified access solutions for roofs, ceilings, walls and floors at UK Construction Week London 2022.

Visitors received live demonstrations of Profab Access’ patented PRECISION adjustable frame. The PRECISION adjustable frame features a continuous adjustable steel packer system and factory applied intumescent fire rated mastic strips to the outer frame. These features provide fire stopping between the wall and the frame and make the installation of riser doors up to 30% quicker.

Profab Access’ comprehensive portfolio of independently tested access solutions was also on display, including its INTEGRA 4000 Series, VEGA 1500 Series Riser Doors, PRIMA 1000 Fire Rated Series and SPIRA 6000 Series Access Panels.

Attendees also received product demonstrations of Bilco UK’s innovative SKY Flatglass Smoke Vent. The SKY Flatglass offers construction professionals a diverse ‘three in one’ solution as it can be utilised as a smoke vent, roof access hatch and rooflight.

Howe Green’s 7500 Series Floor Access Covers, which are independently CERTIFIRE fire rated to BS 476 Part 22 for two hours on integrity and up to two hours on insulation, were also on display beside its Visedge® Series Flexible Floor Access Covers. To demonstrate the safe lifting of the 7500 Series Floor Access Covers, to access under-floor services, Howe Green’s ingenious Cover Skate lifting devices were used to facilitate fast and easy lifting of the heavy floor access covers.
