Designed and CNC manufactured in our UK factory (to ISO9001:2015 and 14001:2015) to your exact specification, our VEGA 1500 Series riser doors are made to order and tested for installation into Shaft Wall construction and a standard Flexible Wall construction (steel studs and plaster boards).

ADJUSTABLE FRAME

Fully welded 4-sided 1.2mm electro-galvanised mild steel frame, incorporating either a simulated dry wall edge bead, picture frame or deep plaster frame.

• Fitted with an all-in-one acoustic, intumescent and smoke seal to prevent the passage of smoke and hot gases.
• During installation the frame extends to the dimensions of each structural opening. 
• No packers are required during installation.
• No intumescent mastic application is required during installation.
• Factory applied intumescent strips to the outer frame.
• Fully powder coated matt RAL9010, suitable for finishing on site. Other RAL colours availbale on request.

DOOR

Lightweight door: 23kg/m2 with frame: 3kg/linear meter

• 1.2mm electro-galvanised mild steel door.
• Rockwool core door leaf.
• Fully powder coated matt RAL9010, suitable for finishing on site. Other RAL colours availbale on request.

FRAME EDGE

The VEGA 1500-1FR is available with a choice of frame edge types to suit the application;

• Beaded frame - ideal for tape and jointing/skimming (BF)
• Picture frame - ideal for retro fitting/finished areas (PF)

LOCKS

Available with 3 point lock or high security 3 point lock. A T bar key is used to unlatch and pull the door leaf open. White plastic collar and plug as standard (stainless steel collar optional). Euro cylinder size 60mm (50/10).

FIRE PERFORMANCE

The VEGA 1500-1FR Riser Door has been designed to not impair the fire resistance performance of the fire rated wall it is installed in. All VEGA 1500 SERIES FIRE RATED structural components and fixing methods are non-combustible.

Independently, third party fire rated up to 60 minutes.

ACOUSTIC SHIELDING

The VEGA 1500 Series 1 hour fire rated riser door has a standard acoustic rating of 35dB.
