INTEGRA 4000 SERIES FIRE RATED riser doors are specified by architects seeking a higher performance, fire rated alternative to traditional timber riser doors for commercial and residential buildings where concealed maintenance-free access is required to mechanical or electrical services within the riser shaft, without compromising on building aesthetics or finish.
Designed and manufactured in our UK factory to your exact specification, our concealed INTEGRA 4000 Series riser doors supplied with our patented PRECISION adjustable frame, fit seamlessly into masonry walls, shaft walls and drywall partitions.
FRAME
1.5mm thick electro-galvanised mild steel, incorporating either a simulated dry wall edge bead, picture frame or deep plaster frame.
All-in-one acoustic, intumescent and smoke seal.
Fully powder coated matt RAL 9010, suitable for finishing on site.
DOOR
1.2mm thick, electro-galvanised mild steel flush faced tray
Rockwool core door leaf with 12.5mm FireLine board door leaf backing.
Fully powder coated matt RAL 9010, suitable for finishing on site.
FRAME EDGE
The INTEGRA 4000 SERIES FIRE RATED is available with a choice of frame edge types to suit the application;
LOCKS
Available with 3 point locking (3PL), 3 point high security locking (3HS) and Concealed 3 point high security locking (3HSCE) fitted to the back of the door but operated from the front face.

FIRE RATING
The INTEGRA 4000 SERIES FIRE RATED riser door has been designed to not impair the fire resistance performance of the fire rated wall it is installed in. All 4000 SERIES FIRE RATED structural components and fixing methods are non-combustible.
The CERTIFIRE third party accreditation scheme ensures correct manufacturing processes are adhered to, and gives assurance of performance, quality, reliability and traceability.
4000-1FR - up to 60mins fire rating
4000-2FR - up to 120mins fire rating
SUSTAINABILITY

ACOUSTIC SHIELDING
The INTEGRA 4000 Series 2 hour fire rated riser door has a standard acoustic rating of 35dB. Profab Access can offer customers an acoustic upgrade option on this product to achieve an acoustic rating of 42dB.
