INTEGRA 4000 UFR Series riser doors are specified by architects seeking a higher performance, third party UL Certified fire-rated riser doors for commercial and residential buildings where concealed maintenance-free access is required to mechanical or electrical services within the riser shaft, without compromising on building aesthetics or finish.

Designed and manufactured in our UK factory to your exact specification, our 4000 Series riser doors fit seamlessly into masonry walls, shaft walls & drywall partitions.

FRAME

1.5mm electro-galvanised mild steel, incorporating either a simulated dry wall edge bead or picture frame.

• All-in-one acoustic, intumescent and smoke seal
• Fully powder coated matt RAL 9010, suitable for finishing on site
• Fully welded rigid box section frame
• Concealed continuous piano hinge
• 3mm even frame / door gap adjustment.

DOOR

1.2mm thick, electro-galvanised mild steel flush faced tray

• Rockwool core door leaf
• 12.5mm FireLine board door leaf backing
• Fully powder coated matt RAL 9010, suitable for finishing on site.

LOCKS

Three-point lock (3PL) on the rear of the door - operated from the front as standard. Optional Europrofile high security cylinder (3HS) if height of door is >450mm

• T bar key: used to unlatch and pull the door leaf open
• Locking assembly: engages top, bottom and lock sides
• White plastic collar and plug as standard (stainless steel collar optional)

FIRE RATING / UL

The INTEGRA 4000 UFR Riser Door has been designed to not impair the fire resistance performance of the fire rated wall it is installed in. All 4000-UFR structural components and fixing methods are non-combustible.

The INTEGRA 4000-UFR is approved to UL 10B for up to 2hrs fire resistance in Single Door (SD) and Double Door (DD) configurations and carries the UL label » (USA and CANADA)

MAXIMUM SIZES

The INTEGRA 4000 UFR Series is made to order to suit site requirements in a range of configurations with a maximum size of 900 x 2400 mm (single door) and 1800 x 2400 mm (double door).

All doors hinge along dimension Y

If Y dimension exceeds 700mm, 2 locks are fitted
