The PRO-OUTA-DOR is a CE Marked external steel fire door with a 10-year anti-corrosion guarantee. Custom made in the UK it is available with a third party fire certified fire rating up to 4 hours.
Delivered fully assembled this general-purpose external steel door is durable, versatile and cost effective. It is specified for use in a diverse range of residential, commercial and industrial applications including sheltered accommodation, schools, offices, multi-storey car parks and supermarkets.
DOOR LEAF
Thickness;55mm
Material: 1.2mm corrosion resistant Magnelis© steel sheets as standard, with upgrade options of 1.5mm and 2.0mm sheets. Also available in 304 or 316 grade stainless steel.
Infill: Self-supporting resin-impregnated honeycomb core as standard. Options for mineral wool, polyurethane or solid timber.
Construction: Door blade manufactured from two 1·2mm sheets lockformed together, by bonding skins around a rigid core, using a no-weld construction.

DOOR FRAME
Folded from 1·6mm Magnelis© with upgrade option to 2.0mm
Screw and tab construction with four adjustable fixing feet per jamb
Variable sub frame supplied as standard to accommodate site tolerance of -0/+30mm
Frame fitted with four dog bolt hinges as standard.
WALL CONSTRUCTION
The PRO-OUTA-DOR can be used in all types of masonry, concrete and flexible stud wall (cold wall style).
SIZES
Doors are custom manufactured in 10mm increments - for single openings 690mm to 290mm and for double openings 1290mm to 2600mm, at heights up to 2900mm
