The PRO-INNA-DOR internal steel fire doors are third party certified with a fire rating up to 4 hours. They offer protection to personnel and property from the spread of flames and smoke in the event of a fire.
Manufactured in the UK, the contemporary flush design of the PRO-INNA-DOR and the wide range of hardware and finishes available ensure it offers an attractive, strong, durable alternative to timber doors. The PRO-INNA-DOR is specified for a wide range of internal applications and can be found in schools, hospitals, offices and retail outlets.
FIRE RATING
The CERTIFIRE third party accreditation scheme ensures correct manufacturing processes are followed and provides assurance of performance, quality, reliability and traceability.
The PRO-INNA-DOR has been tested to BS 476 Parts 20 & 22, and BS EN 1634.

Construction: A non-welded construction from two skins of Magnelis© folded around a rigid core. Stainless steel 240 minute fire rated doors must be fitted with a ‘Z’ and astragal section to form a rebated meeting stile.

Frame is fitted with three class 13 hinges with two dog bolts.
WALL CONSTRUCTION
The PRO-INNA-DOR can be used in all types of masonry, concrete and flexible stud wall (cold wall style). When using timber or steel stud walls the client must ensure they can provide adequate evidence that the wall can support steel fire doors under fire conditions. 120 and 240 rated stud wall constructions should have the wall reveal face protected by a fire resting board to protect the wall construction.
