S5 - The International Quarter

International Quarter London is a joint venture between Lend Lease and London Continental Railways to create a thriving business quarter at the heart of London’s newest metropolitan area, Stratford City, E20.

Building S5, home to the Financial Conduct Authority, provides 515,000 ft² net internal office space over 20 storeys of flexible, open plan floorplates. Each floor plate is between 20,000 and 30,000 ft², wrapped around a perimeter atrium and split into three-storey high ‘villages’.

Profab Access CERTIFIRE Fire Rated Riser Doors were specified for the development.
